Through an innovative split-type design and intelligent control technology, it realizes heat exchange between fresh air and exhaust air, and is widely applied in the field of energy-saving renovation of air conditioning systems.

2. Core Technical Principles

Split-Type Structural Design
The unit adopts the design concept of independent separation of the heat pipe evaporation section and condensation section. The heat exchangers at both ends can be flexibly arranged in different spaces (such as fresh air and exhaust air pipelines), breaking through the space limitations of traditional heat recovery equipment and adapting to the requirements of complex building structures.
Bidirectional Heat Exchange Mechanism

  • Summer Mode: The cold energy of exhaust air is transmitted to the heat pipe evaporator through the refrigerant circulation module to cool the fresh air; at the same time, the recovered heat from fresh air is transferred to the heat pipe condenser, making the temperature of exhaust air rise synchronously.
  • Winter Mode: The direction of heat transfer is opposite to that in summer, realizing reverse energy recovery.

Intelligent Control System

Equipped with an independent control unit, it can realize:
